Shipping Options & Delivery Times
We offer shipment through UPS and the United States Postal Service. With these services we can reach the majority of the United States within a few days without expedited shipping.
If you need an item by a certain date, please call or email us to ensure the item is in stock and can delivered to your destination in the time requested.
This is our preferred method of shipping our hoop sets and wall pads. With our location in Grand Rapids, Michigan we can reach most of the country in 2-3 business days (See map below). So, for example, if you order Monday afternoon and are located in Florida, we would typically ship on Tuesday with delivery scheduled for Friday as it takes 3 days in transit for the items to arrive.
We offer FREE UPS Ground shipping on orders over $75 to the Continental US. For orders under $75, rates are calculated based on dimensional weight and delivery location. FREE shipping excludes custom products and wholesale orders unless otherwise noted.
We also offer 2nd Day Air through UPS. This service will deliver on the second business day following your order. for example, if you order Tuesday, you would receive your item on Thursday. For 2nd Day Air shipments to leave our warehouse the same day as the order, please place your order for in stock items by 11 am EST. Please note that Mini Pro Wall Pads are not guaranteed to ship same day regardless of the time of the order.
Please note: UPS does not ship to PO Boxes. UPS may deliver on Saturday or Sunday, but this service is not guaranteed.
While UPS is usually best for our hoop sets and larger shipments, the United States Postal Service is great for smaller items. We offer First Class and Priority Mail service through USPS. First Class Mail is usually only available for ordering one basketball or a few nets. Delivery times typically are 2-5 business days after shipment. Priority Mail is a nice option for ordering a few basketballs or an individual rim. Shipments typically arrive 2-3 days after leaving our warehouse. USPS shipments can be delivered to both physical addresses as well as PO Boxes.
We accept returns for items in new condition within 30 days of the original delivery date. New condition means the hoop has not been assembled and/or played upon. Used items may be subject to re-stocking fee up to 50% of the cost of the item. Custom items are not eligible for return. Returns must have an RMA and reason for return on the packing slip. Please contact us to get your authorization number. Items bought in our clearance section are not eligible for returns.

Please note: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Returns must be received within 45 days of the order date to allow for a prompt refund.
You should expect to receive your refund within 5-7 days of your item being received at our facility. The refund will be for the cost of the original product price at the time of purchase, less any shipping or restocking fees. This time period includes the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 to 5 business days).
