Orders

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, & Discover) as well as PayPal. 

How long does it take for an order to process?

Most orders will process within 1 business day. Mini Pro Wall Pads will take 1-3 days for processing. During the holidays processing time may increase 1-2 days for a total of 2-3 business days.  Please note custom items will take longer to be processed.

Why isn't my purchase going through? 

Almost all of the time the issue is entering the correct billing addres. Please enter the address where your statement is mailed. You can enter a shipping address in Step 2 during checkout. 

Do you charge sales tax?

We manufacture and sell out of Grand Rapids, Michigan, so only those residing in our state will be charged the 6.0% sales tax.

My item showed up damaged or is missing pieces. What do I do?

Please contact us immediately. 

Warranty

Do you have a warranty on your products? 

Yes, we do. Please read our warranty below.

Subject to proper installation and normal use, and subject to the limitations set below, JustInTymeSports, LLC warrants to the original purchaser all structural components of the Mini Pro line of basketball hoops to be free of defects in material and workmanship for the duration of ownership by the original retail purchaser. 

JustInTymeSports, LLC reserves the right to examine photographs or physical evidence, including recovering the merchandise, prior to authorizing claims.

What is NOT covered in this warranty

  • Damage from hanging on your rim. Broken die springs, cracked backboards, bent mounting brackets, and distorted rings or rim supports are signs of hanging from the rim and are not warranted.
  • Damage from merchandise subjected to abuse, negligence, improper installation, vandalism, acts of God, alteration of product, or any other events beyond the control of JustInTymeSports, LLC. 
  • Basketballs
