What shipping company do you use?
We use UPS and USPS. UPS is the preferred provider for our Mini Pro Hoop Sets, whereas USPS is ideal for shipping small items (like a few nets), to PO boxes, to Alaska/Hawaii, and for international orders.
How long will it take for my hoop to arrive?
UPS orders will take 1-5 business days to arrive after your order is processed. We have added the shipping map from Michigan below. Most orders will arrive in 2-3 business days. For example, if you order Monday evening, we likely will process your order Tuesday. If you live in Florida (3 days) your order would arrive on Friday. We do also offer expedited shipping options you can select from our drop-down menu during checkout. USPS orders take 2-4 business days to arrive. For international orders, usual delivery is within 8-10 business days. All items will ship with tracking information so you can follow your delivery progress.
How much does shipping cost? How can I calculate the cost?
Shipping cost will vary based on your item(s), destination, carrier, and service. You can calculate options and costs by adding an item to your cart, entering your zip code, and using the drop-down menus.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries around the world. We encourage you to check out our dealers in other countries as well. If your country does not come up in our drop-down menu, please contact us and we'll quote shipping rates. We use USPS Priority Mail International service and all orders are subject to customs, duties, and fees as levied by the destination country.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, & Discover) as well as PayPal.
How long does it take for an order to process?
Most orders will process within 1 business day. During the holidays this may increase to 1-2 days. Please note custom items will take longer to be processed.
Why isn't my purchase going through?
Almost all of the time the issue is entering the correct billing addres. Please enter the address where your statement is mailed.
Do you charge sales tax?
We manufacture and sell out of Grand Rapids, Michigan, so only those residing in our state will be charged the 6.0% sales tax.
What is your return policy?
We have found over 70% of our returns are actually exchanges! If you need to exchange an item, please contact us. If you need to return an item, read on.
We accept returns for items in new condition within 30 days of the shipment. Returns must have a valid RMA and reason for return on the packing slip. Please contact us to get your authorization number. Used items may be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.

Please note: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. UPS Ground, and USPS Priority Mail are preferred. The return should arrive to JustInTymeSports within 45 days from the ship date to allow for a quick refund. Once received, please allow 1-2 days for the refund to be processed on our end. The refund should show on your card/account within another 1-2 days.
