What is the last date to order for guaranteed Christmas delivery?

We encourage you to buy as soon as possible. The trend has been for later and later orders, but that really puts pressure on UPS/USPS, and if any inclement weather hits, packages can be delayed. We can reach most of the country in 2-3 business days. Currently our cut off dates are as follows: 

Bright Orange (5 Days): 12/14

Dark Red (4 Days): 12/16

Green (3 Days): 12/17

Gold (2 Days): 12/18

Yellow: (1 Day): 12/19

Will you be running sales on your hoops?

We do not have sales on hoops. We offer the same pricing all year round to be fair to all of our customers. As the manufacturer and direct seller of our basketball hoops we are not marking up the hoops in a manner you might see from traditional retailers. Do you have promo codes or coupons?

We have not used promo codes for about four years. Any promo codes you find online will not work with our site. If we are offering an item for sale it is because it is about to be discontinued. We manufacture the world's most realistic mini basketball hoops and we are confident you'll get great value out of our long-lasting mini hoop sets.

What is your return policy?

We accept holiday returns for items in new condition up until 1/31/19 for orders placed between 11/15/18-12/31/18. New condition means the hoop has not been assembled and/or played upon. Customers will need an RMA and are responsible for return shipping.

How long do items take to ship?

If you need an item by a certain date, it is best to call to guarantee we can reach that destination in time. How quickly an item leaves our warehouse is listed on every product page. Most items will leave the same or next business day after ordering. The time it takes to reach your destination will depend on the service chosen, but most items will arrive within 1-4 business days after shipping.

Do you have a warranty?
