Sales Tax
Michigan residents are subject to a 6.0% sales tax.

Cancellations
Any order that is cancelled prior to shipping will be issued a full refund.

Returns and Exchanges

  • We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Items returned to JustinTymeSports, LLC within 30 days of the order date will not have a restocking fee. A 25% re-stocking fee will be applied to all items returned after 30 days.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping on a returned item.
  • We do not refund shipping charges.
  • All returned items must be new and in the original packaging. Used or damaged items are subject to a re-stocking fee.
  • No refund or exchange will be issued until the item is received in new condition at JustinTymeSports, LLC.

Order Processing Time

Please allow one to three business days for your order to ship. Note that normal business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. From October through December, please allow additional time for shipping.

Shipping Rates
Standard shipping for USA orders is UPS Ground. Some smaller orders may be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Items will typically arrive within 1-4 business days after leaving JustinTymeSports, LLC. Please contact us if you need expedited shipping.

International orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail International. Customer is responsible for any import duties and taxes. Please check with your local customs to determine these import costs.
