Great product-- very sturdy and fun to use. The spring/rubber bushing gave out after my son and his friend hung on the rim (counter to the very clear instructions against this), but I emailed and got a free replacement from JustInTyme [...]. Excellent! One thing we don't like: The foam balls are too light for good shooting-- you can get used to it, but it would be better if they could come up with a similar ball with more mass. Customer service was great when the bushing/spring broke and got us a new one in days. Thanks! (Original 3/22/11)
