Subject to proper installation and normal use, and subject to the limitations set below, JustInTymeSports, LLC warrants to the original purchaser all structural components of the Mini Pro line of basketball hoops to be free of defects in material and workmanship for the duration of ownership by the original retail purchaser. 

JustInTymeSports, LLC reserves the right to examine photographs or physical evidence, including recovering the merchandise, prior to authorizing claims.

What is NOT covered in this warranty

• Damage from hanging on your rim. Broken die springs*, cracked backboards, bent mounting brackets, and distorted rings or rim supports are signs of hanging from the rim and are not warranted.
• Damage from merchandise subjected to abuse, negligence, improper installation, vandalism, acts of God, alteration of product, or any other events beyond the control of JustInTymeSports, LLC. 

*The first spring is eligible for a free replacement. The customer must show photograph evidence of broken spring. All subsequent springs will be ineligible for warranty claims and replacements must be purchased.

Filing a Warranty Claim
